Despite the fact that the realization of women’s rights is part of the general status of human rights in Africa. Women still remain one of the most vulnerable categories of people on earth whose rights are violated on a daily basis.
Culture and religion plays one of the biggest obstacles to ensuring the promotion of rights due to women and other minority groups in Nigeria because they are intertwined with patriarchy systems.
Though, It might be difficult to redefine religion and culture, we believe we will get it right one day through hardwork and commitment.
We will never stop raising awareness on the importance and awareness of women’s rights in modern societies.
